    konica bizhub 350

    this is what i get when I work on non ricoh machines.

    I installed a new drum and develober ran f8 but am still getting a c 2557 ?

    any advice would like to recoup the price of the drum and developer at least lol

    Did you try, with the machine powered up, closing the left door with the image unit out of the machine, and the display reads " Install drum cartridge" or something to that effect. Then resetting the drum & developer counters. Then install the I.U. and quickly running F8 ? Give that a whirl. These copiers are very routine sensitive.

          In service mode > Counters > Special parts > IC counter, reset to 0... or no end of troubles. Dev counter increments automatically with F8 function. (IIRC)
