    Original on glass

    I have a BH350 in my area that when scanning LTRR through the DF, "original on glass" comes on. The customer must open and close the DF then all works fine. When scanning LTR everything works fine. The machine is close to a window, I have moved it away from outside light, but same thing happens. Any ideas would help.

      Is it a 350 or a C350? If it is a C350, check inside Service Mode, Machine Adjustment, check if there's an Original Size Adjustment or somethink like it. Run that adjustment with the DF open.
