What service code?....in case you are refering to a bizhub Pro C6500!

If not, what engine are you having problems??

This code is Image Processing related...possible points to T-Shoot below, with potential board replacement:

C-6708* AOC/AGC adjustment abnormality
• Blocking cover and lens
cover of scanner section are
out of place.
• CCD board (CCDB) connector
is disconnected.
• CCDB power cable is disconnected.
• CCDB IC protector is broken.
• Quantity of light of exposure
lamp (L1) is excess.
• L1 does not light up.
Image processing board
(IPB)
I/F board (IFB)
Image memory control board
(IMCB)
Overall control board (OACB)
Scanner drive board (SCDB)
Printer control board (PRCB)

Inverter board/1 (INVB1)

1. try to update firmware to the latest version, there are the same errors in other Konica Minolta machines (Bizhub 600, Bizhub 601 series and Bizhub Pro 1051, 1200) - worth a try in this case also...
2. check for failed or loose connection between exposure lamp and inverter board
3. check exposure lamp
4. check inverter board
5. check connector on CCD board

I just had this code I had to replace the image processing board. I had a lamp that would come on flash for a second then coded C-6708 had level 60 software.
