Remove the fuser unit and see if the copier powers up.
If it does the thermistors are shorting out so get new ones.
If that is not the case check the back of the c board, one the bottom left of the rear of machine I have seen the tracking blown off the board due to shorts.

    Regards

Is the print button glowing ?

If it is the mechanical counter could be the problem

Let me know and I will have a think.

          Information Type :

          Symptom Category :
          Electrical Failure/No power
          Symptom :
The machine is not turned on.
          Description :
Though the main switch is turned on, the machine does not have power.
          Condition :
          Location :
          Power Unit
          Item Number :
          100V to 127V area:4002-6201-02, 220V to 240V area:4002-6202-02
          Note :

          Cause:
While PU1 being manufactured, FET (Q4, Q5), which is located at DC/DC Converter section, is mounted onto the cooling plateplate with a screw. In this step, the Q4 and Q5 are tilted toward the plate and this process puts much stress onto the soldering portion of Q4 and Q5 where they are fastened onto the PU1 board. Furthermore, the soldering portion is exposed to pressure added during transportation and may have a crack. As a result, you cannot get power to the machine.
          Service Type (Recommendation) :
          On-Site
          Countermeasure :

If the symptom happens, please replace your PU1.

          1. Temporary measure
The surface of Q4 and Q5 covered with solder has been re-soldered.

          Di550: 220 to 240V Area XX705961 and onwards

          2.Permanent measure
The design of PU1 has been modified.
<Effective serial numbers of the machines where the measure has been taken>
