error C-1116 BH500

When i turn the copier on it gives me an "error c-1116".

could you help me please?

Here's a copy'n'paste from the manual:

FS-510

C-1116

Exit roller release motor (M6) drive abnormality.

• When the shutter is closed, the shutter home sensor (PS16) does not turn ON within a specified period of time after M6 turns ON.
• When the shutter is open, PS16 does not turn OFF within a specified period of time after M6 turns ON.

Check:

Exit roller release motor (M6)
Shutter home sensor (PS16)
FS control board (FSCB)

Basically it's a finisher problem. Although, without examining, it's hard to tell for sure, but you've either got something broken or out-of-place on your finisher's exit.
