My customer's machine is getting finisher jams, but on the counters, no jams show up. I get C11A0 codes ( finisher out-put roller failure ) . I thorougly cleaned the gears, one-way bearings and shafts in that section, just as the bulletin dated March 15 suggested, to no avail. I appreciate any help you can offer. I want to get this resolved before the customer loses faith in me and her new equipment.

try replaceing the spring clutch that drives the holder paddle. 4349 2014 01 also check that the photo flag is in correct time/position in relation to the paddle drive system.

Try cleaning the spring clutch first, I've have quite a few of these that have been caused buy to much grease in the clutch and it slips. make sure you note the posision of the clutch so its not out of sink when you refit it.
