    C6500 fusing problem

    Hello,
I have the problem with C6500P, 550000 copies. When printing on 300g coated paper 330x487 there is unsuficient fusing on places on printout with 100% composite black. The fuser was rebuilt 60000 copies before. I tried to raise the fusing temperature and CPM down - the fusing improved, but not enough.
    Any sugestions please?
    Thanks in advance

Try the toner reduction button in the properties of the print job, it may help.
    Cheers

I believe the paper it is the issue. Is it with moisture? Try to print the same file on a different paper.

          Hello,
I disassembled the fusing unit and cleaned the pressure roler and the inside of the fusing belt. There was some kind of oil collected at the ends of roller and belt. The fixing become OK, but not for long.
