bizhub 350 load paper

i have the bizhub 350 . after some copying like 20 pages its show , please pull out the selection tray and load paper???
put the paper is still in the casseete ??
i tray to update the firmware but same problem ?

biz350 paper lift

On the right rear of the cassette when you slide it into the machine it contacts a paper lift arm that drops the feed rollers and paper sensor. Sometimes this arm gets bent also you can put a heavy mylar or a velcro strip on the rear of the cassette where it contacts the lift arm to make sure contact is made.

check the drive section, especially the drive unit and gear box.

Check to make sure the cassette isn't cracked. Fairly common on these. Also the white clip that the cassette locks into can become worn and the cassette just pops out just enough to cause the problem.
