[Misc] pro950 misprinting

hey, has anyone come across the 950 pulling paper from the wrong tray during duplexed, batch printing, inserting slip sheets between chapters and jobs, being mis-inserted intermitently, and slip sheets are suppose to be blank but has print on them, replaced 4 of the 920's with 950's didnot have this problem with the 920. all firmware is current including drivers, tried both 920 and 950 drivers ps and pcl no change. KM hotline is iffy, happens in various applications, any help is appreciated, thanks

Check, that the Controller Memory Switch SW11 was set to 0.
If it set to 1, the tray selection in the driver is ignored and the tray is selected automatically on Machine. The tray selected on the main body or ATS has higher priority.
