copying using FLS bizhub 420

Hi all,
I have a problem again with my bizhub 420. I'm using bizhub 420 with FLS (8,5" x 13"). When I copy a small original using FLS paper, it comes to like shown below :

But I try to another bizhub 420 and the result is shown below :
corner..jpg
and that's what I need (the 2nd image shown above).
I've already upgrade the firmware to ver 31 but that's useless. The result appear like the 1st Image above.
Anyone can help me and giving some solution for me?

after firmware you need to change the dip sw no 37 pin3 to 1 ,pin 4 to 0.and you wil get the 8.5 x13 is avilable

I've done that. DipSW 37 bit 3 and 4, used for recognize the FLS paper. Still not working for me.
Any other solution?

dip sw

the dip-sw 35-1 put it 1 and after that you can go to aplication - image adjust-you will get the new window for the size appear(check it before is it no)- then chose the custom size for the length and width- chose the paper tray and save it in the memory mode.
when you wont to copycall the memory mode and make copy
