machine prints only 0ne banner at a time .when printing is set to multiple copies paper jam occurs at the fusing section and does not attempt to pick another paper.any settings orconfiguration required.banner length is 635mm

That's because you can only print 1 banner at a time, try duplicating the Job in the Fiery into 10 different single print jobs and select and batch print them all in one go...... that way the machine will print each single job 1 at a time.

10 is a good number as its easy to keep track of how many you are doing. Approx speed takes about 50 secs per Banner

Also make sure that Continuation Print in is switched off in User setting> Common setting
