Kon/Min di2510 co 500 reset

I replaced the thermal fuse on this one and I am using intravia to reset. But the code keeps coming back.
I have continuity through the fuse and through the lamps everything is plugged in it seems to want to retry but the lamps are not coming on and fuser is cold. Am i resetting it wrong? I have tried the reset button in the op panel still no luck. Can a thermal fuse test good bot be bad? Tham

Press reset button on side of panel. When dot appears on left side of screen, press the number three. Input the number 0 eight times and press end. Touch trouble reset. Power off and on.
