df-608 RADF and c300

Hi folks,

i have the following problem with a DF-608 RADF on a bizhub c300.

There is a small gap on the left rear side when the DF-608 is closed.

When i try to scan or copy sheets i have a grey cloud on the upper right corner of the print.

If i push the df-608 manually down to close the gap, then the printing is ok.

How can i adjust the two springs on the left of the DF-608 RADF ???

Help needed - Many thanks for any idea.
