    Have you checked that the Cyan 1st Transfer roller has not fallen out of its holder in the Transfer Belt?

    Also you could try to Panic stop the machine to see any image has been formed on the drum. Start with the simple stuff and work your way back.

    we check already those connoctors in the right side were is the image board and hdd its ok

    Of course that's to happen if one of the colors isn't developed. You can also check all the connectors on the right side of the machine (the four white and blue connectors to the right of the paralel and network ports).

    Check for anything blocking the laser path (and if the laser isn't somehow misalligned). Also check the cyan drum ground - without ground, the drum is prone to make blank copies.

    When you say you print in test mode, you're refering the engine test mode and not the controller, correct?

    the machince not recognize only the cyan we change image board, control board we discoonect hdd
    we change the laser and replace the image unit+dv unit nothing change when we print in test mode cyan we get white blankt if anybody have a solution?
