Konica Minolta 210 jamming at reg and fuser

I have a client with a jamming problem at registration and fuser.

I have swapped the pickup solenoid with the bypass to cancell it out.

I swapped the reg sensor and fuser sensor around.

I am suspecting a possible slipping reg clutch. . . or maybe intermittant dodgy reg sensor or fuser sensor. .

Has anyone had this on one of these?

I think i had this on a 210 before, there is what looks like a silver mylar/guide below the drum on the image unit. If this gets too dirty it can cause a static build up which will cause these jams. I cleaned it and got about 4 weeks before it started jamming again. Eventually i gave in and replaced the whole image unit and it cured the fault.
