    Konica 1216

    Hi there,
    I don't know how to perform Periodic maintainance on Konica 1216.
    It has done more than 30000copies and needs to perform the PM. It is
    indicating the tool signal.
    Please i need help.

      At first the tool signal don't stop to work the machine.
      PM in this machine: change the developer and the PM KIT(drum cleaning blade, ozone filter, fusing cleaning roller).
      After you've changed all the parts you must perform two steps:

      1) turn on the machine pushing at the same time 4 and 7 buttons for about five seconds. Then digit in order 9, 0, and copy button. Turn off the machine.( ATTENTION!!! perform this absolutely before step 2!!!!!!!!)

      2) turn on the machine pushing at the same time 4 and 7 buttons for about five seconds. Then digit in order 5,1, and copy button. At this time the machine starts to adjust developer concentration for some minutes(the main motor starts tu turn). When it stops to work turn off the machine. (ATTENTION!!! never turn off the machine during adjusting).

      Now you can turn on the machine.
