I need to move the creo from dead c500 to another one, they are a little bit different configuration, si there a way to set up creo, because for example on the new one there is no extra tray, but there is a finisher and it's never been used with the creo before. will appreciate any help.

It may be that difference alone, Ikon and KM do share many similarities in firmware and electronics, but there are some subtle differences that are not always readily apparent."Many years ago I chased a woman for almost two years, only to discover that her tastes were exactly like mine: we both were crazy about girls."

No, that is not what I mean.
The Ikon and the KM C500s may look similar in many ways, but the firmware and some hardware is proprietary to each machine. In other words, they are not the same machines in spite of sharing some similar hardware. There is also a strong possibility that the VIF itself may be incompatible based on firmware."Many years ago I chased a woman for almost two years, only to discover that her tastes were exactly like mine: we both were crazy about girls."
