    C350 Fuser Part

Hi! I need a black roller placed in the fuser of Konica Minolta Bizhub C350. You can understand what I want more clearly from the pictures below. The length of roller is about 35 cm. - 14 inches.

This one is from my copier. This black roller is placed at the opposite side of the red roller.

This is what I found on web.
Upper Fuser Roller for MINOLTA Bizhub Color C350/351/450 Sales, Buy Upper Fuser Roller for MINOLTA Bizhub Color C350/351/450 Products from alibaba.com

I want to learn the part number for this black roller. I hope the part which I took a photo of and the one I found at alibaba is the same thing.

Sometimes the papers can not get out of the fuser unit and be like an accordion The service technician told me that changing this black roller will solve the problem but if he can not find this roller, he will change the fusing unit and of course it will be much more expensive. If I know the part number, I can buy it from a seller like precisionroller.

Tyey come as assembilies and finding a single part in it will be difficult.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I agree....the fusing unit was not meant to be rebuilt...it was meant to be replaced as a whole assembly.

You may be right but as I search the keyword "pressure roller" on ebay, there appear lots of different rollers which are looking like the same thing I am searching for.

pressure roller bizhub items - Get great deals on Business Industrial, Computers Networking items on eBay.com!

But without knowing the part number I can not be sure which one is for my copier.

there is no associated part number with the roller itself. As previously stated, the fusing unit was never meant to be rebuilt, so there is no breakdown of the unit into its basic parts. Whoever your repair tech is, they certainly are not KM certified, judging from the diagnosis. There is likely a different issue to the problem you are experiencing.

And generally speaking, these "rollers" may be used items that likely were re-surfaced. You get what you paid for from ebay....I generally do not trust that site as far as I can throw it. Especially with sellers who cannot be bothered to post images of the actual roller but need to use some generic image that may likely not even belong to any KM hardware.

Besides which, you may (highly recommended) need to replace the bearings and possibly the thermal sensors.

You are better off simply purchasing a new fuser unit.
