    DF-605 problem on bizhub 350

    Hi all,
I need your help for this crazy problem. I have bizhub 350 with optional DF-605 installed. This problem happened if I use the ADF for the scanner function (FTP, SMB, email), no problem for copier function. I attached the example file below. If I use the original glass, you can see the scanned file at the right one, and the other one is using ADF with auto-detect mode.
If I placed the document in portrait direction using ADF, I've got a full page scanned file (scanned file 2.jpeg). But, if I placed it in landscape direction on ADF, You could see it below (scanned file 1. jpeg).

scanned file 2.jpg scanned file 1.jpg

I've already tried to change the PBA-CONT and DF-605 and MFBS and it doesn't work. Still same problem.
Anyone know the solution for this one? Please Help.
    Thank you.

    Am I missing something?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

ohhh... I think I see the prob now. Hmmm... firmware is were I would start first, then check your line speed adjustments as well as zooming. Be sure it's at 100% or 1.0.

Same firmware with another bizhub 350. Could you tell me how to check the line speed adjustment? no zooming. Another solution?
          thank you.

SOLUTION: Replace slit plate glass (# 4551 2031 01) and perform the DF height adjustment.

I know its me but having read this post several times and just spending now 10 minutes to understand what the problem is, I don't get it.

Aleksander, what is the problem you have? Your description is confusing to me. If I print out the JPEG's and compare, I see a slight difference in width. Is that what bothers you?

BTW you could use a new testpattern. All those smudges are confusing too.

You can see and compare the the 2 JPEGs file and watch the right side/edge. Not full image.
Sorry Hans. Thank you for responding.
