    c452 brand new out a da box lines

    i have unboxed a brand new c452 and when i use the scanner, (not print) i have thin alternating red and blue lines spaced a half inch apart down the whole page?any ideas on how to solve this? i have to deliver it monday....please help!! i have ran calibration,no diff.
    i have never ran into this problem before.

    follow the set up instructions step by step. This happens when the steps are not done in the correct order. This includes serial number, date and time, etc.
    And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

      For sure.....run the setup instructions!

        Follow the setup instruction manual and more specifically the calibration part.

          Ditto, we call these the "lines of shame"...lazy setup guys that think they don't need to look at the setup guides because they have done it so many times..Emujo
