Bizhub C250 Transfer Unit Fuse Location?

Okay, I have replaced many a fuse on the C350/351 series, this is the first C250 we have run across needing it. Where is the fuse located? I removed the unit and looked all over, I am sure I am missing something that must be obvious, but where?

To get to the 80ma fuse for the transfer belt take off the bar with the stripper finger, 2 screws, then remove the spring on the end and the circlip, then the silver metal plate that is the handle. Under that there is a black plate with one small black screw, the fuse is attached to the underside of that plate.
