BZ283 - start buttonstay orange and flashes on and off

New copier, 8000 plus on the clock. Came up with fuser error. Replaced fuser, trouble reset, etc. Have replaced NVRAM, MFB (main board) PRCB, firmware upgrade... still no joy. No codes showing, just flashes on and off. Copier comes to ready stage though, almost as if it is in service mode. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it actually copy? If yes, then check that csrc is not in maintenance mode.
