how i can set the copier default black and white printing. right now its on auto but i want black printing as default. copier is Bizhub C360 any body help me i am stuck with the color copier

Are you asking about the copier default screen or when printing? If you want to change the copier mode to default to b/w, go under utility, user settings, for printing change it in the driver

touch color tab, set black. then utility/counter key, user settings, copier default, current setting. set
