    Konica minolta biz hub 420

One of those weeks i keep running into brick walls!! Working on two 420's in the same office that will not duplex 8.5x11. It will duplex 8.5x11r and 11x17 no problems. Is something set on these machines that will not let it use this size (direction) of paper? And ... How do you adjust the paper drawers on these machines? Both of them are printing way to the left, unless you use the manual feed tray. I know..............brain dead this week! Thanks.

If it's jamming on ltr only especially i'd go after the 2 duplex transport mag clutches... been there done that... timing is more sensitive with ltr than ltr-r, lgl or 11x17!

    Regards!

Ok guys, thanks alot. I thought you might say that but i wasn't sure because it was duplexing other (bigger) sizes. Just takes someone who has "been there done that" i guess, thanks again.

Perhaps it duplexes bigger sizes because the paper is being pushed by the previous rollers, aiding the failing clutch.

It is the timing. All the other positions and sizes except normal portrait ,are slower and the clutch is able to keep up.
