My machine is down with this code I know that it means my fuser is not gettign to 100C but it is coding as soon as it tries to start warming up. what can I do to get my baby up again?

Did you do the reset in the service mode? -
open the front door, cycle the power and leave the front door open. Enter service mode via utility/counter and use the service code.
Conversely, ensure both power switches are turned off. Turn main switch on, press and hold the utility/counter key and turn sub power switch on (the little switch on the outside). Keep holding the key and you should enter directly to tech rep this way as well.
