    bizhub 250 copy faded

    I have a machine that makes copies of faded bands beginning with clear verical and then tends to make them completely faded, I have already changed developer and drum + clean corona charge and controlled the path toner perfect copies I made about 1000 and then resumed to do so
    this machine have 100000 cp, any ideas ?

    ps in A3 faded shorter in the sense

    developer units are known to fail on these models. could be a bad spot on guide rollers. scan in a pic, let us have a sample.

      replace transfer roller!

        Check that the "brass" connectors on the door are making proper contact with its opposite on the m/c, we've had m/c's where these have been deformed, causing "washed out" copies
        Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

            thank's i had already changed the stransfer roller but , the problem was the connector developing roller in machine

            tank you very much and excuse me for possible speeeling error but i'm italian
