Getting three black dots on my CF3102

Every Copy....check transfer belt, it looks fine.....how do i clean the fuser and drum?

I have been getting three black dots on my prints from my Konica CF3102 any ideas.

Every copy? Every 4th or 5th copy?
Check drum, fuser, and tbelt.
