    [Error Code] bizhub C 5500 C-4850

    hello
    i have a bizhub C 5500 with the errorcode C-4850
    only if the customer scans mor than one copy
    to copy with the ADF no prob
    to scan only 1 document no prob
    more than 1 copy C-4850
    Soft version 60
    Software Adobe Vewrsion ?

      here is some info I found

      Subject:
      Error code C-4850.
      Description:
      Error code C-4850.
      Solution:
      PROBABLE CAUSES:
      1. Firmware update required.
      Please ensure that the latest firmware version is installed. The latest version of firmware, system software or print drivers is available via the Konica Minolta Download Selector. Access the Selector from SSD Web Support (CS Expert Support) by clicking on 'Download MSDS, Drivers, Firmware and more'.
      Note: If the problem occurs while using an SD-501 (bizhub PRO C6500/C6500P only), install mimimum version 30-GCD for the Saddle Stitcher. A C-4840 code may also be indicated.

      2. The Overall Control Board has failed.
      Replace the OACB (p/n A03U H010 5A).
      IMPORTANT: The latest firmware should be installed before replacement of the OACB.

      3. Incorrect initial settings.
      Perform the following:
      a. Depress "Utility".
      b. Select "User setting".
      c. Select "Initial setting".
      d. Select "Copy Initial Setting".
      e. Select "ADF" or select "1 -> 1" on initial copy mode.
      f. Press "OK".
