    [Dead] c35 Not printing

I have one C35 that will not print anything. You can scan, send fax, and get into pagescope or forward emails and faxes, but it will not print copy or print out faxes. Tried changing prcb, mfpc, and hdd. Still does the same thing. Konica Minolta support "has never heard of this problem". It has the last firmware. Can anyone give me some other suggestions?

Just saw this last Friday, be sure to hit Job on the screen and check to see if there is anything stuck in there. For me, I had a couple of stuck fax jobs.

I'm resisting to really tell you how I feel about these boxes.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

These have an issue with faxes getting stuck in memory. There is new firmware coming out shortly for this issue.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

During calibration, the icon for a printer comes on at the bottom of the screen. go to job log, nothing there. If you try to make a copy, the copy and printer icon is on the bottom, but the job log shows copy and now printing. The c35 just sits there as if in standby mode and never prints the copy.

I hope this new firmware will fix all of the other problems our costumers complain about.

I've "tried" the new firmware. (well it was new when they gave it to me a couple of weeks ago. It didn't help.

These machines are nightmares. Anyone set up the standing cabinet yet? Enough said.

As for the printing issue, are all other functions of the machine working properly? Can you get into the web interface alright? Anything in the job log, as suggested above?

You may want to try a RAM Clear if none of this is successful:

              Solution:
To access and perform a RAM clear:
              1. Press the Utility/Counter key.
2.The Utility Mode screen will appear.

              3. Touch Meter Count on meter count display.
              4. Press the following keys in this order.
              Stop a0 a0 aStop a0 a1
              5. Touch Password, and enter the CE password using the display keyboard or the 10-key pad.
Note: The initial setting for CE password is “92729272”.

              6. Press the [] key 2 times and select CS Remote Care.
              7. Press the [] key 1 time and select Ram Clear.
              8. You will then be asked Are you sure? Select Yes.
