KONICA 7145

Working on konica 7145 at a school. It will not rotate the image when they lay a book on the glass to copy it. It will rotate a regular page through the radf until.......... You try the book on the platton, and then it will not rotate the regular page either. I know sounds like i'm on drugs. I tryed to put one drawer with 8.5x11 and the other one 8.5x11r but another problem this machine has is that it will not pull 8.5x11 it jams in the fuser everytime. I changed the fuser, and it did not help, and yes i checked the settings on the drawers. What am i missing here? Thanks

Check country code if the machine reset to "JP" Letter R will constantly jam from any tray.
