[CQ] c500 SRA3 exit to main finisher tray

Hi All

I have an issue with a C500 printing SRA3 to the sub tray of the finisher. The client wants it to print to the main finisher tray.

I thought there was a dip swich to do this but can't find it anywhere. Any IDEAS..
