Does anyone know which parts need to be replaced to fix this?

Is there a seperation pad in front of the seperation roller? If not, that needs to be installed. Konicaminolta had a bulletin on that a loooong time ago. Bulletin #3379. Pad # 4641-3521-01 and Guide # 4641-3520-01. Also replace the seperation roller and feed rollers.

No there was not and I just ordered those two parts. I did replace the separation roller and it helped but did not resolve the problem.

I will update you upon the installation of the guide and pad you suggested.

Thanks for that info. I fixed it with new rollers. However, I also purchased the
plastic guide you suggested but I have no idea where it goes. Also I cannot locate the bulletins you mentioned.

Any thoughts as to a fix? I've looked for paper etc stuck in there but it looks ok. Anyone have a thought?

It is on Konicaminoltas website in SSD. Search solutions under DI550 and type in EDH-3. If I find the bulletin I will post it. I think thats where i found it the first time.

Thanks! I did fix the EDF by shoving a piece of cardboard through the exit a few times. It must have been a staple or something stuck in there. I never did see exactly what it was that caused the crumpling but who cares, its fixed (for now).
