Konica 7075

Machine was showing tray 2 was not installed, i replace the entire tray and it still doesnt register, is there a dip switch setting to turn the tray back on? any help would be appriciated, thanks

there is nothing on the NSSG site that i can find. does it give you a service code? have you checked the pins on the rear of the paper tray and on the copier side to make sure nothing is broke or bent?

if the other trays work, then that one should work. i think you have a bad paper tray sensor.

Thanks CMB, but fixed it, apparently they had a code but cleared it before i got there, had to turn dip-sw 18 bit 1 off, forgot this machine will turn off a bad tray
