Konica IP511A system code

I have a customer that keeps getting SC4901 and 4904 codes on their 7255, and the problem seems to be corrupted system code on the controller. Problem is, I can't locate a service manual for an IP511A, so I don't know the procedure for reimaging the controller HDD. Any ideas?

Been awhile on this but if I remember it's through a parallel port. I will send you the manual email me woxner@copytronics.net

Trying to install firmware via KMBS method is tough on this box-

Connect via the serial port using TeraTerminal while you see the Memory check type "KA" (without quotations) this will boot it to a DOS Prompt change Derectories and type "Restore" this will load the previous backed up version of the system code. Usually works as long as the HDD is not bad.
