Waiting to hear back from our tech/service contractor - trying to finish up this book & our stitcher decided to opt out for the time being. If anybody has some insight on this one it would be great. We will hear from them in the morning, great service, great machine.

Re: C-1258 - C6500 w/ Saddle Stitcher
Update; after further inspection.. found a lone booklet at the bottom of the stitcher output tray, already bound, just waiting to be spit out. Must have been holding back the sensors or something, could not cycle. This error code might be translated " there's a book stuck in my gullet somewhere.. dig around but be gentle".
