Bizhub 211 + Fax kit - ADF hangs upon TX

Hi guys

I have a 211 which hangs upon sending a fax via the ADF. The sheet goes half way into the ADF and then stops, no jam indication or error code, it just hangs with "now scanning" in the LCD.
ADF works perfectly in copy mode and scan to PC mode, and machine will send a fax from the glass no problem.

The problem is intermittent with no common reason between use

Any ideas?

I'd try updating the firmware.

Try trouble reset, than FW and if that does not work try also taking out the fax kit whilst machine is switched off obviously and leave it out for at least 10 min, tha slap it back in. Switch on...hope it helps
