C6000 refuses to print multiple copies of jobs

    Hello,
When jobs are sent through certain packages, the machine (C6000) refuses to print multiple copies, e.g 5 sets of a 20 page document. It simply prints the first set and the job seem to hang on the printer. These happens with Microsoft office packages and with PDF files. It works well with CorelDraw files. what could be the problem? Thanks.

What print language/emulation are you using? Have you tried the other option? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm using PCL, if that is what you mean. Are you suggesting PostScript driver?

Actually I was hoping you would say PostScript, so I could say,"Try PCL!"

How about a image memory issue?
        Sorry, that's all I had. =^..^=

So what if its an image memory issue...increase the RAM? By the way, it's an internal controller. Thanks

Upgrade or replace, depending on the amount you already have. =^..^=

Ok thanks, but what baffles me is why CorelDraw works?

Change the number of pages you want to print in the print driver window NOT the print screen (ie hitting file then print opens the print window) you get the print driver screen when you hit properties.

Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

As far as I know PCL is not supported yet on Ic-601.
I can't find any pcl drivers on konicaminolta.eu or konicaminolta.us.
