hi guys can anyone shine a light for me ,i have a bizhub c280 when using the adf a4 paper once machine has feed all originals the machine displays please remove original from the glass, i checked that the front right hand side that the magnectic switch is in the correct postioing and making contact..please help

Not sure if its the same on the C280 but but i've had a few of the earlier C253 machines with the plunger at the right hand rear of the platen glass sticking down.

The machine then can't see if you've opened up the ADF and always thinks there's an original on the glass.

It stops the APS working too so you always have to select the paper size when copying from glass.

Try updating the firmware and theres a bulletin regarding the firmware update on that feeder. So make sure u read that solutions bulletin
