    Hello All,
    I am new to this website.My background has been strictly Konia Minolta color and black and white.Hopefully I can be of some help!

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              hi, i have a question for you, we only have a few minolta's left in the field, and i have a ep6000, that im working on afr13 doc stop problem, anyway i went to work on machine and now its locking up, i push copy button and it starts copying process and paper get to what ps 27 , registration roller, last rollers before drum. it just sits there saying copying, doesn't show jam or anything, kinda like it was adding toner, but toner is fine. i let it stay like that for 5 min. and finally i have to turn off machine. didn't know if you had seen this before. thanks for any help.

                  Don't you know the rules???? You're supposed to demand someone send you a manual or firmware (fimwares) with your 1st post. And it helps if you're from another country and english is a 2nd (or 3rd) language. Welcome!! Emujo
