    bizhub c250 install toner and imaging unit error

    Machine was fine, removed jam from fuser, now client calls and machine says
    Install toner and imaging units then close door. Won't do anything else.

    Help!

      NVRAM is defective, it no longer thinks its a konica minolta/in the correct region and thus is rejecting the manufacturer ID/region code on the consumables chips.

      EDIT: I have seen this issue before but ended up changing the entire machine as we had a spare. I cannot verify that the NVRAM was at fault as i never ended up testing it. But its going to be that or the removable IC on the printer control board in my opinion. Other techs tried EVERYTHING else. Unless there is some other hidden IC in the machine that stores its ID/region code.

      Another thought is, make sure all voltages are present from the power supply.
