Bizhub 250 C3451

Okay, client ran some thick stock, then machine went into a C3451 code, won't reset. Tried button by CF Card and all. Is complete fuser shot or what?

if u dont have a fuser on another machine to swap, check for continuity on the thermostat in the fuser. U must disconnect the wires from the t-stat, or u wont get a good read. U can do the same for the lamps and find out.

Just had that problem, thermostat was bad, just exchanged from old fuser and now works fine
TH3 paper went all over the roller and make damage, in mu case
