The planet gears in the motor are destructing. So I need a new motor and I believe a stapler unit.
Got into service mode and it was a joke. Didnt show last errors proper as it is getting one. Some other guy told customer one was related to corona wire but one we saw this morning had a 7 in it and it wouldnt come back! So no history in Sm that I could understand , more like a list!
Anyway I posted parts needed in section. I hope someone in the USA can help with this.
