    Bizhub C350 Jam Tray 3 Only

    Getting a jam from tray 3 only. Top 2 trays work great. Swapped out feed head assembly, still jams. Code shows Tray 3 and Vertical Transport Jam, again, ONLY from TRAY 3.


    Any thoughts?

      have you checked the mylar strip on the tray itself..had a problem with that being worn before
      Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

              where is the paper at? sensor in feed unit...had a broken one once. Does it get to reg roller?

                  Replace the one-ways that are right on the feed and sep tires.
                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                      Does not activate paper lift. Just shows jam when try to copy or print.Does not show error until you try to copy and.only from try 3. I have swapped.lift motor , board and sensors for back showing drawer in place. Still nothing. No lift.
