    [Misc] C352 Pouring cyan

    l have amachine c352 its pouring cyan on all the print outs
    the image comes out but the whole paper come out with cyan
    i hve changed the drum on the imaging unit and but still the same
    problem, l have changed the l nterchanged the i maging units buy
    puting cyan in magenta and magenta in cyan but now it came in
    magenta. l hve changed the print head but still the same problem
    but when i stablize like 5 times cyan disappers completely after many print
    outs it comes back.But still it keeps on asking me to replace cyan toner every like
    after five prints.
    some help pliz i will be very grate full

    Hi there!
    Had the same sh.. with yellow: check the HV-contacts especely the springs. If they are not 100% in place you get this phenomen without any troublecode.

      i'm not sure if i've read this right...you say you've changed the drum, but not the imaging unit, you swapped the devs over betweeen the cyan & magenta units, then the problem occurred on the magenta unit....in wihich case it has to be the imaging unit..
