    Bizhub 600 Fuser ?

Just wanted some thoughts. It seems that everytime I have to replace the UFR in a 600 or alike model, the UFR is worn towards the front of the machine everytime. I've noticed that the wear mark doesnt line up with picker fingers, thermostat or anything else that may be rubbing on it. My thought is it's just from the edge of the paper(mabye from paper curl) But why only the front?
    Any thoughts?photo.JPG
Sorry about the pic it's upside down...but you get the idea...

This is a very difficult problem to resolve on these engines. The wear is caused by developer dropping and it's gritty make up eats rollers. Try to keep your drum units as clean as possibble.

Whenever you notice dev dropping clean or replace the charge grid. That will solve the dev dropping temporarily. I am sure KonMin will eventually realize that this system of not having an ATDC sensor doesn't work.
Likely the guy who developed this system is still with the company and they don't want to hurt his feelings by telling him it is crap. lol
