[Misc] C253, C353 and others

Hello Friends,
In some copiers when I print Config Report and Demo Page I dont have any problem but when I try to print Meter Count and consumable report copier just freezes and nothing happens untill I restart the copier. all other fuctions are normal like making copies and printing other stuff but just printing Meter Count and consumable life is a problem. Any suggestion will be appreciated please.

I've had a machine with a bad NVram do that once.

I think the latter 2 reports need to be printed on landscape paper from tray 1 or bypass.

Is it just freeze, the reset button or any other button won't work or you just can't print these pages (the start button is ot green / blue)?

I have more then 20 of these in stock as I am wholeseller and Exporter. Most of them print consumable life report an Meter count with no problem, its just some of them go to freeze. Nothing happens, no button or screen works and have to restart the copier. Again Copy, Print Demo and Configuration page prints fine.

Has the HDD been de-installed or removed?

I would just format HDD, flash with latest firmware and do version up on HDD..

then

NV Ram recovery.

I'm thinking the paper direction as previously posted will solve it.

Dear Friends, It came upto HDD. End user took out HDD and I did not know about it. I installed HDD, Format and all Menues came out and it started to print everything as it should have. Tnx fo rall the help.
