[CQ] di3510f dark page no image

this di3510f prints dark pages with no image from the glass and from memory. No service codes are shown. Drum has toner blutches on it after the copy is completed. Any of you kind techs have any ideas? Thank you in advance for any help.

If this were only occurring when using the Document Feeder or from the glass I would suggest to replace the BCR-PWB Assy. p/n 4384 1043 01

However, since it is happening on prints as well..... The charge corona is arcing or shorted? Maybe the laser has gone haywire? Do you have access to another drum unit you can swap out?

I think if the laser unit was shot it would code out. but not certain. I certainly would replace the image unit and see if that was the culprit.

I think that if you change the imagine unit (4515613, DR305) you will solve the problem .

well. if you change out the image unit. you shoud replace starter. we. and who knows it could be in the develper unit? it may be best to take a good unit (complete drum unit and developer unit) and just swap and see. you don't have to leave it in. but it will let you know if you are on the right track or not

I have also seen the main board cause this issue as well.
