hi dear's i have a problem in bizhub 920 pro , i replaced drum ,developer,cleaing,blade and toner due to too dakr back ground image. but still same problem
i also encounter only 2nd side back ground same machine whats wrong with this machine.
if any one have a idea plz help me,

Did you do any of the drum peculiarity adjustments associated with these parts replacements? If not you'll need to buy a manual to help you do quite a few adjustments. =^..^=

dear i have manual and i did drum peculiarity adjustments but not solve tha problem image with back ground.

Also the transfer/separation corona may be the culprit. Clean it well and rebuild it with new wires and, as blackcat said, run the drum peculiarity adjustments.

I had similar problem, follow the above steps have not solved. Printing with background on the 2nd side.
I changed the developer unit and the problem was solved. Test with another developer unit.

I have had developing units go bad on these machines and leave background on copies.Try replacing developing unit.

I did also same thing i replace developer unit and transfer assambly but i will same copy with background not solve problem.
u have any idea.

check the hv adjustments aginst the defaults and put them back to factory specs. have had maney units come to me as unfixable , and setting them to specs fixed them.

Did you also check/replace primary charger as well? Also above post, true. And do Peculiarity Adjustments. Good luck

i tell some think i did transfer value high like factory 45 set. i make 135 copy low backgroun but not good what u think?

...Tray to change the wires and the grid of the HV 1 corona or change it complete and the same with de transfer/sep corona the wires... but the better is change the complete corona you could have a problem of HV transfer/separation discharge (HV transformer)

most of the settings take about 500 prints to become active...

you using OEM toner?
