had to take a new engineer out to one of these last week, took off the OACB, but when it was refitted, due to me being at the side of the m/c & not at the back, when i refitted the horrible flexi connector it went in at an angle, so when the m/c was switched on, it obviously shorted out the connectors, resulting in a C-D203 code, checked on here & found a few things, checked them all without success, then took the OACB off to just "have a look", clutching at straws really, then noticed just below the connector (CN46), there's an ICP (ICP 3401), put my meter across it & it had blown, luckily i had loads of PRCB from scrapped "thunderbolts", replaced the ICP & now all is up & running.
I know this is a bit long winded, but hopefully it might help another techie diagnose this problem in the future
