    Konica Bizhub C353 email problem

    Hi everyone!
I need a little helping hand as I'm not a Konica tech ( rather a Kyocera or Canon) I've got a problem with a Bizhub C353. Even the e-mail address of the device was set for new one also the administrator's email address, it sends emails through by the previous email address.
I've already reset every network setting by the proper menu point ( Network reset , destination reset ) .
What should I do anything else?
How can I do factory reset? or NVRAM reset?

Thank you in advance for the ideasc and suggestions or advises!

the button below "administrator registration" is "input machine address" have you changed it in that...
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

That wont help. For some rwason these machines use the administrator email address as the sending address. I usually make sure both are filled in just to be safe tho.

From Fax/Scan mode press: utility > user settings > scan/fax settings > default scan/fax settings > factory default

          ditto that.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
